I think the standard of care was absolutely excellent. Faultless and all my team are to be congratulated. I have one suggestion. Male patients should be told to hold their scrotums when using the pans they are shallow and it would avoid extra work for the nurses!!

Every single staff member are so caring & attentive. The treatment they provide is second to none. I can't thank them enough. They take time & put themselves out to get to know you & your family. Your likes, dislikes, there is nothing that needs changing. Thanks so much.

The care from doctors, nurses, health care assisitants was extremely good.
The showers were weak or not working. The day room improved when heating was fixed. Wifi signal weak anyone when trying to watch sport or other TV
would be prepared to pay for TV sport channel if available

The staff made the experience less traumatic - a sense of humour and a smile calms the nerves. Particularly Helen (Nurse) I was terrified when I arrived but within minutes she made me chuckle & throughout her care has been impeccable.
