Staff were fantastic, friendly, smiley, easy to approach, ward clean, fresh looking. Even support staff ie. cleaners and caterers were friendly and helpful. Equipment near etc. Overall fantastic 10 out of 10. Janita was lovely I would like to wish her all the best in her future. Mr Peal also very efficient & friendly.

Everything was good with the exception of someone (and non medical) who came in to do some work on the hideaway bed and seemed reluctant to pack up when the nurse came in to administer the chemo treatment.
