Helen took time to explain things thoroughly and was calm and comforting throughout the day. She was also very considerate to my husband who waited with me in the ward.

Staff are extreamly dedicated. Hospital is fairly clean + Food is better than other NHS trust.

All the staff were so friendly and caring always having the time to chat about any concerns. I enjoyed my soak in the big bath - very relaxing. I just feel I have made lots of friends. Will try & pop up to see staff when I am in as a day patient.

Staff always friendly, helpful, professional.
Facilities always clean.
Food very good.
I am never forgotten about and always kept informed about what's going on.
Can't think of anything that needs to be improved.
