The knowledge and friendliness of the staff made an unexpectedly long stay much easier to manage. Only issue was the reliability & coverage of the wifi- no a medical concern of course, but frustrating when here for a long period. (bed 3)

I have been a patient here since Sept 2013, and every time. I have had to come in, the atmosphere is fantastic you immediately feel safe. The staff are so warm and confident, you are a person and not a number. The food and catering staff are second to none- well done all round.
