Nothing has changed since last week all the staff are wonderful but the heating has not been fixed although I've seen an engineer this mornin. hope it will be OK when I return on thursday

Excellent throughout but please be aware that the small locking cupboard on the wall of Room 11 is a hazard! (My husband injured himself on it while getting up.)
