Wonderful nursing, very caring, compassionate and willing to listen! Excellent doctors too.
The food was always good and hot and served by very friendly, polite staff.
The cleaners too were excellent.
Everyone had time for me despite having to work hard.
Many thanks for all your high quality care.

The level of care was very good.
The only improvement I can think of is when doctors/junior consultants make rounds that they communicate better with the nursing staff on any changes in treatment immedeately

Good: Lots of information, kind and confidence - inspiring staff (especially Muga radiographer who went the extra mile), choice of menus, nothing is too much trouble for the ward staff, and trial co-ordinator. Doctors and nurses good at answering endless questions.
Bad (or less good). Very, very hot, stuffy ward at night lack of comfortable chairs in day care waiting room (for those of us that need a lot of rest)

the attention to detail and the help that was given by the staff even late at night. Very cheerful next morning even though the must have been tired.
