At Maedem ,feel like i'm being treated as a individual rather than just "patient" it is good that nurses are prepared to give time to talk when needed - sense of caring while has been lost in other hospitals.

From cleaning and catering staff upwards through clerical, auxillary and nursing staff up to consultant there was a uniformly excellent commitment to thoroughness of care, pleasant and helpful could not be better.

Excellent care and attention to patients' needs.All the nurses and staff were highly motivated and energetic, which doesn't come easily in this environment.
Overall, more like a holiday resort than a hospital.
