A great professional team. Helpful staff, always prepared to go the extra mile. I was bled by an extremely competent and professional phlebotomist this morning - Frank Tagoe. The medical team are always supportive, especially Valeri Shah, who I have seen on several occasions. The reception staff are friendly efficient team, I saw Vanessa Lawson today.
