All staff were friendly and empathetic - it was comforting in a potentially scary situation. I have been in other hospital where staff seemed so switched off from the fact that patients were potentially dealing with serious issues and anxious. Very different, comforting reaction from the team here which I found very encouraging after having lost some faith in the NHS in recent years. So many thanks to the team.
