-All staff very approachable and very good with hild. -Very supportive of all the family members too. -Would be better to have more of a structure today so you know when doctors are coming e.g they come in am or pm so you are not waiting all day. -Would have been better to speak to key worker sooner as we didn't get to meet until we were here a couple of weeks and didn't have full protocol until later.
