My actual treatment was great - thank you. However, my appointment was for 11am. I arrived at the desk at 10:50am, where they explained they were running around 40 minutes late. Which is fine as I understand with the nature of these things that can happen. I was first seen at 12:20pm and finished and left at 1:20pm. I don't so much mind waiting to be seen, but my parking came to £6!! Which I feel was excessive, especially considering I was only seen 1H20 after my appointment time. There aren't even decent transport links to avoid this surcharge in future. The excessive cost of the parking left a bad feeling after what had been a generally positive one.
