-High quality of care, equipment, expert doctors. -Variety of hospital activities, radio Marsden, charity etc. -Children's day care/teenage unit offer so much help for young people; has a great environment/atmosphere making patient comfortable. -CNS have many patients but they feel very personal as they help in detail and know everyone's problems. Improve: -More help after hours. Late night issues become very tedious to colve. Local hospital can't help. -Access to doctors, at times, feel limited.
