Form 1 posted before appointment to fill in. Friendly receptionists. Extra person/nurse at appointment consultation. Consultants to read recommendation in reports of prior scans/mammograms and to adjust care plan accordingly. I was sent for another scan/already had 2 done in Feb. Reports indicate yearly fellow up not another scan. NB. All patients to bring drilling gown to consultation undignified to sit on b ed bare breast/no cover.
