The pharmacy is a really weak link in the care at this great hospital. Today I have waited over 2 hours and for 45 minutes my drugs have been present in the down stairs pharmacy but water to be given to me because of a non - existent problem which I could have sorted if explained it would be so good. If this aspect of all call could be made more efficient.
