Visited today with my Wife for her blood test @10am and Consultants appointment at 11am. Arrived at 9.40. Checked in at Reception and told to obtain ticket for Blood Test. 38people in front of us finally completed blood test at 11.15. Complete chaos in this area, spoke to staff and advised to write complaint to let Management know what is going on. Staff reported they had received little or no training on new computer system.
