Cannot speak highly enough of all staff and carers whilst I was being treated for my wounds, at the Royal Linden and from time of accident to admission.

Review of 8C Ward - RLH written by a patient
2nd March 2016

The staff were so gentle and kind and very talented. I felt safe and secure in their care. Having my won room was amazing due to the intimate nature of my needs. The cleaners were very polite and good humoured. All the nurses and doctors put me at ease during a very traumatic and difficult time.

Caring, compassionate and understanding staff. Move the dept from a basement in an outlet building (with the resultant stigma attached) to the main hospital building.

Review of 7C Paediatric Assessment & Short Stay Unit (PASSU) - RLH
2nd March 2016

Doctors and nurses looked after me really well. They were kind, nice and very polite. They were very patient when I got angry, but they still looked after me. I liked the bath. I want to take the bath home.

Review of Renal Wards (9E & 9F) - RLH written by a patient
2nd March 2016

I am patient there for 2.5 years still not on the transplant list. Just the doctor does not care enough. i have an impression that we patients are just numbers. For that time i could be transplanted and have a normal life. And is not only that i am complaining from shoulder pain for the last 2.5 months had the mri scan and after that nothing has happened. Just waiting the time to heal me. If i can change my doctor i would do straight away. My opinion is that the doctor need to stay with patients i mean in ward most of the time.
