The policies adopted by the Priory management team during COVID re not allowing a relative into consultant consultation runs contrary to the expectation that family / loved ones should be involved in decisions regarding their health and treatment . This puts reception & nursing staff in an impossible position and leads to more confrontations at the front desk.. The reception in the consultation suite was shabby , cramped and didn’t facilitate distancing - not what one would expect in a top class private hospital. The consultant was excellent .
