I came into the hospital 10 years ago as a paying customer and was treated really well.I have just recently had a operation with the hospital but as a NHS patients. My operation went well but the after care was terrible. I didn't feel well enough to go home that night but was told you are going home. I didn't leave the hospital that night till 10pm because I had to keep drinking water to make me go to toilet before I went. When I was taken to the car by the nurse in told her I felt sick and dizzy I asked her for a sick bowl she abruptly said toearlier there isn't any down here took me to the door and sat me in the freezing cold till my husband bought the car round. She couldn't even put the foot bits down for me on the wheelchair I got out into the car upset and crying. If I had paid for my surgery maybe I would of been treated better. I would not go to this hospital again they made me feel like a second class citizen .Some of the nurses were nice.
