Requested a Consultant's appointment online. Received confirmation letter of my appointment date and time. Drove to the hospital - waited 20 minutes - when the Consultant did not appear - reception telephoned his secretary - only to be to told he does not work at the Hospital any longer. 1. A complete waste of my time - please update your webpage with a list of Consultant's that do work there - and delete those who do not work there. 2. Parking was bad - arrived for my appointment - to be told I needed a ticket for my car to avoid a parking fine. So, had to walk all the way back to my car to put the ticket on the dashboard - then all the way back to outpatients. Could you not send a parking pass to patients when you send a confirmation letter of their appointment.
