The patient care was exemplary and total consideration to family members, allowing them to stay when high temperature caused extreme confusion. The staff do an amazing job.

Last time I was on 33 wasn't happy with care. This time it was a lot better. Would like to thank all staff for looking after me. What can be improved the bed too hard.

I couldn't fault any of the care I received, I don't think I could have been looked after any better than I was. All of the staff were professional, respectful, courteous and very caring. One improvement would be to give everyone a pay rise because I'm sure that none of the staff will be payed anywhere near what they are worth, also budgets should be increased.

Doctors liaised very well with each other; nurses, care assistants, cleaners all cheerful, gentle, thorough. Cleaning very good. Food good.

-Care and support from HCA :-). -Prompt attention from nurses :-). -Regular cleanliness observed and bedding changed daily :-). -Meals well balanced :-).
