Through my journey within the unit I was treated with respect, kindness. Staff were polite, friendly, informative, patient and attentive to my after care. From my perspective I am very pleased with the exceptional service provided during my visit.

All Ward 5 staff very friendly and anxious to please.
My only suggestion is that registrars surgeons also must try to complete their ward visits when patients are told that they are about to arrive.

Each time that I am on this ward, I feel that I can put my complete trust in the staff to deal effectively with any situation. My only complaint is that it would be better with some quiet periods if possible.
