Food service & food itself was good. All the nursing & support staff were competant, sympathetic, helpful & understanding.

The staff, all of them, were very attentive to everybody in the ward and made sure they understood what was happening to them. It was also in a friendly atmosphere that would help keep peoples moral up. It must also include the aux staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Helpfull, well informed, staff throughout your organisation.
A willingness to explain what is happening to patients to their satisfaction that helps greatly to remove unease that people have, That atmosphere on the ward is very good on what appears to be of a higher standard of surroundings.
