I feel if a ticket operation was started (similar to argos/deli counters) it would help the patient be aware how long they may wait. It is difficult sat waiting not knowing if you are next. At least with a tickets system I know I might be sixth in line

Good speed of work - eg. changing beds etc. T.C.T care excellent (Dominque) Health care (fane) is lovely too.
could be improved. Shortage of staff - Bathroom facilities routine information on admission - perhaps a leaflet of simple not eg. meal times
