Very clean + friendly + helpful especially Amy who went out of her way to get me an ice slush to help my throat, thank you Amy! But all staff were very nice and very quiet at night.

Every member of staff I came into contact with was kind, caring and compassionate which made my experience far better than I had anticipated given I was a bit apprehensive about the surgical procedure. Nothing was too much trouble and they explained everything.

Medical staff provided excelent care not was to much troubled.
Food could be improved so could cleanliness. TV should be free not profit making for the big boys.

From surgeons down to cleaners I felt I was being kept fully informed.
The nursing staff need a special mention. They have a heavy workload and always carry out their duties with a smile on their face. Nothing a trouble.
