nurses work very hard as do the cleaners, food trolley auxulary staff, they try very hard to make you feel at home well most of them theres the odd one.

All staff were friendly, caring and understanding. Procedures were clearly explained
It would be nice if staff could be addressed by name- they would need to have these displayed for patients to see.
