Staff very good with Jean but just the delay of bed and waiting to go to theatre. Having nothing to eat or drink from 12pm the night before.

The care and compassion shown by the staff on the ward was excellent grateful to Liviu for his dedication and assistance (however there were serious issues with the level of care shown by staff on the night of 17/9/16).
