The team that looked after me were extremely caring, friendly, professional and couldn't do enough to help.

-Brilliant midwives who explained my induction carefully and thoroughly.
-No pressure to intervene more than absolutely necessary.
-Quick discharge, but no pressure to have room quickly.
-Transferred to room on Mamor ward after birth.
Induction waiting ward wasn't explained and I didn't really know where we were and why.

This is my fourth stay on wd 24 at James Cook and as usual I could not ask for any more care or compassion from he magnificent team of doctors and nurses that work on this ward.

The kindness of all the staff, they were professional, kind and reassuring. During the night I was in a lot of pain and very distressed and the nurse in particular was so good at providing bed pans etc.
I don't know her name unfortunately.
