Staff are the best thing about the ward, they were all amazing in looking after my dad, that isn't the easiest patients to look after. The drinks trolley available helped me as a visitor spending a lot of time with my dad massively. The only improvement would be to introduce some type of system for cooling down rooms in hot weather. This is for staff, patients and visitors. Very uncomfortable while sitting in gang and closs.
