The Horder Centre

All the staff were incredibly helpful & caring, nothing was too much trouble. They all seem really cheerful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The care and consideration I received at the Horder Centre was very good indeed. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. If I rang the bell I was attended to within minutes whether night or day. The food was good with a varied choice on offer for each meal, even the sandwiches were well filled! The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, very willing to help in any way. I definitely recommend this hospital for knee replacement surgery.

Very Professional in all aspects.

This centre runs like a well oiled machine. Staff are competent, caring and knowledgeable. The aftercare once I went home was excellent, with follow up calls to check my progress. The food is very good too!

I do not think the Horder Centre could be improved,

Everyone was so kind and professional. I was given pain relief when I asked for it. The menus were clear so I could choose meals that I could eat and enjoy without worrying that I might react to. All in all I had a great stay. The physio’s were very helpful.

Love The Horder Centre. They really looked after me. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend the Croque Monsieur for breakfast. Could do with bigger teapots and mugs (and more milk). The omelettes are good also.

The Horder Centre in Crowborough East Sussex is the finest medical establishment I have ever had the experience of. I have had a hip replacement in 2009, and two total knee replacements in 2021 and 2022 and the standard of care is unquestionably brillliant. I have also attended physiotherapy classes there and the quality of care and expertise is obvious in every department.

I feel that I was very well looked after at The Horder Centre. The staff were attentive and friendly, and at no time did I feel that my needs were not important to them. My room and the other parts of the hospital I went to were clean and comfortable. The meals were tasty and well presented. I would not hesitate to recommend The Horder to Family and friends.
