The only negative experience I had was by 2 of the nurses at the hospital after my operation, I really wish I took there names but didn't unfortunately, found they didn't have a caring nature about them and it was to much trouble to help me. The other nurses where so kind but I was suprised when paying private I didn't receive fantastic aftercare in hospital, I know that both nurses where wearing blue so I think they where senior. It's a shame as mr Chester was wonderful but they did let the experience I had down. Reception staff are really friendly, professional and helpful.
