This is a review for the physiotherapist, Jacob Flynn, who recently treated both my sister (THR) and husband (TKR). Jacob demonstrated an intuitive understanding of how to 'manage' their needs in order to help them progress with their rehabilitation. They required very different approaches to treatment and he went above and beyond expectations to ensure they progressed safely and at their individual pace. Excellent Care at Clementine Churchill Hospital I had a knee replacement operation at Clementine Churchill Hospital on 8 June 2024, and I was very impressed with the level of care I received throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. I felt very well looked after, and nothing was too much trouble. After my operation, the care continued to be excellent. The team made sure I was comfortable and supported at every step of my recovery. When it was time to go home, I was taken to the car in an adapted wheelchair designed specifically for knee replacement patients, and the staff made sure I was safely in the car before I left. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. I’m very grateful to all the staff at Clementine Churchill Hospital for their kindness and dedication.

Excellent parking, accessibility, waiting room services - inc staff manning waiting rooms - great facility during surgery and post op. Quick and efficient.. wish it was closer to Richmond!!!

Really good staff - professional, friendly and kind. This was from all staff including catering, portering, cleaning as well as the nurses. I felt very reassured that I was in good hands.

Staff very understanding of my 'white coat' issue and treated me with care and compassion.

I informed the medical staff that I have 'white coat syndrome' which means I get very wound up when having to deal with any medical issues. They dealt with this very well and made me feel very comfortable.
