The receptionist was very rude and incredibly patronising. The rest of the staff seemed to also have a 'can't be bothered with you' attitude as well. The only decent person was the NHS doctor who was temporarily using the hospital due to the pandemic. He was brilliant and very good. The five stars are ONLY for him!
As for the non-NHS staff that work there they all get zero stars from me.
They need to stop being rude and treat all patients and visitors with dignity and respect!!
