Relationships built up with staff has been very important.
After a shaky start where I wasn't making much progress, she switched key workes and seems to interact more positively.
She still gets anxious about caring here but less so than initially. The staff has been very accommodating returning to appts esp with C's upcoming exams.

They are consistent and regular they explain everything well and listen.
Time could be made for the parents to have a 1 on1 as the child does. I was totally lost I had no idea if I was doing it OK, plus some things you don't want to say in front of the child.
