The staff are dedicated and hard working and know their stuff. The building is new and very clean. Service users and encouraged to input into service improvement and there are training courses and support groups available at limited times. Communication around making appointments could be done more efficiently with clearer information on staff availability and routines (for example not being aware that staff member was never available on a particular day each month). Communication around progress in clear, written and measurable form, showing progress, improvement, expectation and review of future input could be much better. That said, the service is new and still being formed and service improvement initiatives are already well under way to help improve things.
