Excellent care- no issues. We arrived at 11 am (on time) and a staff member let us in to wait. After 40 mins we knocked at admin and asked if Dr knew we'd arrived- Dr hadn't heard the bell and assured we hadn't come/staff who let us in said she'd tell Dr we'd arrived! This is the 2nd time this has occurred. Staff (a) lets us in then after half an hour I ask whether staff (b) knows we're waiting your reception procedure, could be better/communication.
