The staff were very friendly and efficient and the room was fine. The Alex provided an appointment time which did not reflect the actual procedure time in any way, which resulted in waiting around all day with no food. Wouldn't have been so bad if I was informed of this, but was strung along until the consultant came along and gave a realistic time (which happens every time for this procedure so shouldn't have been a surprise). Post operation the duty nurse forgot to order food, which I had to prompt for (no food all day!) Was told I would be gradually sat up till I could then stand and get out of bed if needed. No one did, so I just saw to myself.
