The hospital has friendly, professional staff at all levels who treat patients like adults and as individuals. Arrival for surgery was almost like a hotel service, the catering was super with lattes at the press of a call button and staff followed through on everything they promised. It was quite a contrast to an NHS stay I'd had with the same condition a month earlier. Fantastic and thank you.
