The rooms are excellent at the Alexandra, I had my own bedroom with tv and ensuite, table and chair, wardrobe. the staff are the most loveliest people I have had the pleasure to meet. each member of staff no matter what position they held, treated me kindly and with dignity and respect. the food was top class it was like being in a 5 star hotel
