The Alex was ultimately ok. Had some issues with the room for the first op, not very private with a car park directly outside the window. The staff are very helpful in the main, although sadly for some it seemed very much like a job rather than a vocation! Not the feeling you want as a patient. Clean, professional and well organised in general, the nursing care could have been better at times.
