My wife checked in the hospital from Endoscopy , colonoscopy and iron infusion as day patient. Below statement is of my wife After the endoscopy and colonoscopy i was taken to my loom for iron infusion. While on the infusion the machine was bleeping. I called for the care team but when some came, after sometime they were wrong people. The colleague in charge of infusion never showed up. After the infusion i wanted use bathroom. I called for somebody to help me but to remove the infusion needle but it took a long time. I was a lot of discomfort. Back up service of the hospital was well below what is expected.
