I was admitted, as a day patient, for Colonoscopy, Endoscopy and iron infusion. After Colonoscopy and Endoscopy I was taken to my room where iron infusion was to be done. While Iron infusion was happening machine started bleeping. I called for help. After a while a colleague turned up but said that the issue was somebody else's area and went away and some time later another colleague came to look at the machine. After the infusion was complete I wanted to go to bathroom and called for a nurse to remove the needles of infusion. No body came for a long time leaving me very uncomfortable. Post procedure care fell far below the standard expected from Alexandra BMI for paying patient.
