I called this morning to explain that due the current COVID situation we couldn't get our son to a GP for treatment.... its fairly clear he has tonsillitis (I explained his symptoms)and needs some anti-biotics. We were told to take him to the walk in centre we he would be seen no problem, however on arrival we were refused entry as he has a temperature. Obviously we were very frustrated by this misinformation we were given and the inability to get treatment to our son. I called back and spoke to the same lady who agreed she provided the wrong information to me, however there was no accountability and when I suggested the correct information should be given she simply stated that yes it should and she would pass this on to her colleagues..... she was rude, patronizing, lacking in customer care skills and took no accountability for her mistakes...… I would be embarrassed to have her in my organization.
