The nurse Bryan in the consultants office was very helpful and treated us with respect. We attended the consultation suite but felt the link between front reception and consultant could have been smoother as the consultation reception was closed when we left so we had to go to front reception who informed us we needed to return to complete blood test. The front of house reception did not seem to know process we had to ask questions rather than being offered information. The car park is quite a walk for disabled as all the disabled spaces were full when we attended. More disabled parking would be good.
