The Alexander is my first choice of hospital to take treatment as a private patient. The hospital is very clean, well managed and the staff deliver a very high level of customer service.

First class service from professional friendly staff. Clean and welcoming. Seen, assessed, X-rays, diagnosis and sorted within an hour in PWIC - highly recommended!

Lovely clean hospital with great staff. Excellent care from initial consultation through surgery and to follow ups. I had a small problem post surgery and was able to drop in same day to be assessed and provided with a prescription. Finally, the food is amazing!

The patient administration team are always very polite and courteous. I have been a attending as an outpatient at the hospital since April 2021.

When I first met Mr Gnanalingham we had a brief conversation from that I was amazed at how much of my medical condition he related to, a letter to my GP outlined the problem as he saw it and everything we had discussed was in that letter, this gave me great confidence to procede with the treatment he advised. It was the best decision I could have made as right now after he operated the severe pain that I had suffered from for 17 months has gone and given me back my life.i could not have been more impressed with the treatment I got not only from Mr Gnanalingham but all of the wonderful nursing staff. I would not hesitate to 100% recommend Alexandra hospital and especially Mr Gnanalingham.

5 star service. Gary Ross is an exceptional surgeon and I couldn't be happier with my results. The team were amazing in helping ensure I had a swift recovery. I can't recconend them enough.
