Have had a few visits and stays, totally amazing staff and treatment, basically 5 star hotel with treatment on the side
Fantastic facilities, speedy treatment and aftercare that's just the best

The nurses, physio's and catering staff were very pleasant and professional and treated me with respect. I was an in patient for 3 days and would recommend this hospital to family and friends.

All staff so pleasant and helpful and very professional , food was excellent and plenty of options.

All the medical & nursing staff, physiotherapists and catering staff were super-friendly and professional. I was in the Alex for three nights after a hip operation and was treated with great care and attention. Facilities were first class and could not be faulted.

A really nice hospital with attentive and courteous staff who where keen to make everything run smoothly and make you feel both welcome and relaxed during what can be a stressful time. If there was one thing I would improve it was the sandwich I had after my day surgery, it was just plain and boring, after everything else being so good it was a shame.
