The communication I received from Candice and the administration team was efficient and clearly outlined.
The hospital was an oasis of calm and business like care. All the staff seemed content in their different roles.

I have been in this hospital twice now once for an hip replacement with MR SHAH .
The second time with Mr Bilal Alkhaffaf.
For my Gall bladder out, and both times I have been treated with the upmost respect.

My pre-operative appointments, admission, surgery, and post-operative care was excellent. I was especially impressed by the porters/domestic staff who were universally friendly and reassuring, plus being so tolerant of my post anaesthetic impairment (being slightly incoherent/babbling!)

I felt in safe hands. Mr. Kim was totally professional, sympathetic and worked miracles with my hip replacement.

I was well looked after and all the staff from the porters to the surgeon were very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and my overnight stay was comfortable.
The rooms are spotless and of a high standard. A very good hospital.

Very pleasant stay here 4days in all, staff very pleasant,helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them, what ever time it was. To me they were all angels.

The Alex was more like a hotel than a hospital.
The facilities were superb and the staff excellent in all areas and did much to put you at ease.
I would recommend with no hesitation.
