I was a day patient having a molar tooth removed and cannot recommend the nursing staff and Mr Jerry Farrier more highly for their friendly, informative, efficient and caring attitude. My only disappointment was all the checking, double checking and triple checking that I was indeed the correct patient and all the form filling that has to be completed beforehand. No wonder there is such a long waiting list for surgery of all types in the NHS, but I do understand the necessity in this day and age, given the amount the service has to spend on defending the organisation against claims of mis-practice. Such a shame in these times of litigation and "somebody has to be to blame"!
