I had a cataract removed and I had a worry about an arc type visual after surgery ..I contacted the hospital and could not gain access to cataract clinic staff but operator put me through to nurses on the ward.I spoke to two nurses Deborah and Heather who went beyond their call of duty to gain me further information by physically going to the cataract unit and gave me reassurance and that all was normal what I was experiencing
I was so relieved ..I can continue with my normal pandemic life now
