After a short wait I saw my plastic surgeon Mr. Aeginaid Stevens (?) who examined me and very carefully explained the required procedure.
Staff nurse Jacky noticed the plasters on my knees from a fall the previous day and very kindly replaced plaster when a more suitable dressing. Excellent service all round. Martin Hickson.

All staff strike perfect balance between professional and friendly. I do not know how service can be improved short of government reversing cuts and providing the funding needed to maintain such a fantastic service.
