Review of Hospice at Home care
14th August 2024

In a very difficult time for our family everyone from the hospice at home care team have been amazing, offering us practical and emotional support at all times, it has been so reassuring to know that with a phone call someone has been there quickly to resolve and issues or concerns and this has meant that we have been able to keep him at home with the best possible carer we can give. Every single member of the team have been.

Andy who came to see me, was friendly, open and gave me answers to my questions and some I had not thought about. Lots of information and help. I felt happy to talk openly with him.

Suggested improvements
Make sure that the doctor who has referred their patient to you, has also told the patient.
